Pursuit of serenity
In
pursuit of serenity, I make my journey;
Into the far unknown lands, that lie unexplored;
Beyond the shores of my imagination.
From dawn to dusk, I wander and ponder;
At nights, I chat with moon and count stars;
As passer-by winds whisper lullabies, I doze.
At dawn, I meet my ambivalent friend, the Sun.
At times, shower bunch of rays of hope;
Offing the burden of darkness, borne by me
And the other, scorch me with heat of grief.
When I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere, I steer not;
Wait for the dusk to arrive; to show the compass of stars
When this journey be done? until then restless, I am;
In my journey, hope and time; only companions.
